The Dark Mountain

For as long as we have lived, a story has been whispered in faint candlelight... This tale was of Hate. This tale was of Hope. This tale... this LEGEND... Is of the Dark Mountain.
Long ago we, lived in peace... Then the WORLD was torn apart. A great evil had emerged from a dying Earth...
And as the World grew bitter and cold, Our dreams were crushed by the Everlasting Night...
...But, we still belive in Salvation. We still believe in a Hero's Might. Please, pick up the pieces, And, maybe, we can save our home...
This story may be short, Our tale may be small, But it is how we came to be!
Please save us all, Let the Sun rise once more... Please, go forth HERO of LIGHT...

In this short game, your only goal is to defeat the OVERLORD.  Throughout the land, there are Three Keys required to open the gate. Get Stronger to fight your way through all the GUARDIANs, and to finally be able to face the OVERLORD.

(As of the Jam, I was unable to complete the game. So, for now, the demo cuts off after a certain point. I will, of course, finish this, don't worry.)
